1. Promotion of the DBBT master studiesIt is worth noting that promotion activities were partly performed at the time when studies were in the process of licensing and accreditation. Therefore, promotion activities, during that period of time, were selected carefully, with certain amount of constraints. However, in order to promote new master studies consortium members from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have performed a wide range of activities.
The aim of the activities was twofold. First, intent of the activities was to provide sufficient information on newly established master studies, their content, organisation, curricula, international support, etc. Second, activities were taken in order to raise awareness about necessity of having well educated experts in the field of DBBT and multimedia engineering.
Different consortium members took different approach to design and preparation of promotion materials and activities. Printed materials were mostly designed as informational leaflets that provide the most important information on the DBBT master studies. Furthermore, basic information on organisation of the master studies was published in official gazettes, as well as information on terms of enrolment. Some of the promotion materials/products at the vocational study institutions are given on the following figures.

Figure 2. Promotion of the DBBT vocational master studies at the VISER - leaflet

All educational institutions have provided detailed information about DBBT master studies and enrolment of new students at their web sites. Information was updated as enrolment process progressed.
Some consortium members have disseminated information on new master studies within programmes on local radio and TV stations, as well as on social networks.
VISER and HTPSZ have sent detailed reports on promotions at their respective institutions and these activities are compiled in a separate deliverable: D5.2.1_DBBT_Promotion on Vocational Studies.
2. Enrolment
Enrolment of students to vocational studies was performed according to the recommendations and documents established within this project, local legislations, master study accreditation and licensing documents, and relevant rules of study. In order to gather data regarding the enrolment of students the following questionnaire was designed.
Questionnaire

3. SummaryThe summary of the enrolment on the DBBT vocational master studies is given in the tables below. Total number of enrolled students on master vocational studies, within two school years, is 68. Qualification exams were omitted from the enrolment procedures according to the internal regulations of corresponding HEIs, i.e. qualification exam is not mandatory for enrolment to master studies. The HTPSZ has ensured government support to students, i.e. their scholarships are paid by government. Furthermore, some companies, e.g. Goldberg Group d.o.o., have provided scholarships for a certain number of students. Contracts between HEIs and business partners operating in the field of DBBT have been signed, thus education of DBBT experts/masters has a formal, firm ground. DBBT master studies have been established as a regular master studies in the sense that they have their place in the annual plan of academic master studies in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The HTPSZ has not enrolled the second generation of the DBBT master studies, mainly due to delays in accreditation procedure. Each HEI has promoted new master studies and has provided accurate and timely information on the enrolment to DBBT master studies. Information has been published and made public on web sites, social networks, local media, meetings and workshops, printed material/leaflets, promotional items, such as pencils, memory sticks, umbrellas, etc.
