Dezire Project Cost Consultant (DPC) is a multi-dimensional and dynamic project manage-ment consultancy established to offer services within the built environment with outstanding Efficiency, Accuracy and Integrity. The consultancy is the brainchild of its founder, Ms. Sinimol Noushad, who set out to synergize his collective Contract Management and Quantity Surveying experience to provide dedicated and priceless expertise to Clients in both the Public and Private Sectors in UAE, with future prospects earmarked in the neighbouring Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. DPC is run by professionals with a solid track record of Quantity Surveying and Project Management both at consultancy and construction levels

An introduction to the Quantity surveying professionDezire Project Consultant (DPC) is a financial consultant of the construction industry and our training and experience qualify us to advise on cost and contractual arrangements; and to prepare tender procure-ment and contract documents. DPC acts in conjunction with the Property Development Manager; Archi-tect, Consulting Engineers, other professional consultants and Contractor to safeguard the Client’s inter-est. DPC status is that of an independent professional financial consultant providing expertise in a special-ized area of the construction industry.

Carefully selected staff have the benefit of wide ranging experience including expertise on a variety of procurement arrangements from the tradi-tional to the innovative in a range of different projects in both public and private sectors. We provide quantity surveying, cost consultancy and project management services across all industry sectors. We have a strong team of highly motivated and professional quantity surveyors and support staff in our Dubai office.

People

Founding director and CEO of Dezire Project Cost Consultant, Sinimol Noushad has extensive experience in the construction and Quantity Surveying. She has graduated in Civil Engineer-ing in 1997 and became a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2008. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in managing contracts and commercial management. Her expertise lies in performing pre and post award activities for various types of contracts, including developing contracting strategy. She has over the years gained a sound understanding of the various contract types in the construction industry.

Prior to her role at Dezire Project Cost Consultant, worked with a number of large project management, consultants and contractors firms in Dubai. She not only has experience as quantity surveyor but also as experience in a construction manager who spent time on site managing teams.

Sinimol Noushad plays a principal role and actively participates in every project under-taken, ensuring maximum professionalism and quality control at all times; it is this personal and hands on approach that makes us different. Once the project has been defined, we and our team will ensure that timelines, quality and budgets are maintained.
