Lead-time

ò  Sample lead-time : 2-3 weeks

- Total new design with existing 216 color yarns

- We need 2 more weeks if samples need customized color yarn

ò  Production lead-time : 4-6 weeks (depends on the quantity)

- Forecast is needed for us to prepare color yarn

MOQ

ò  MOQ: §  For one piece upper: 2,000 pairs per article per color

§  For continuous/random pattern: 1,000 yards

à  3 continuous sizes should share one upper/ shape

Example: size M6.5#, M7#, M7.5# => use the same upper/ shape 1

size M8#, M8.5#, M9# => use the same upper/ shape 2

size M 9.5#, M10#, M10.5# => use the same upper/ shape 3

à So we’ll offer 3 shapes (shape 1,2,3) for 9 sizes (M6.5#~ M10.5#)

²  We must receive all shapes (for all sizes) and correct colors to prepare samples for your confirmation 6-8 weeks before production.

ò  Current: 37 machines (1 machine = 100Y/day)

Daily capacity: 3,700Y (1Y= 3 pairs )

à We plan to have 61 machines by the end of 2015.
