ANNETTE MAGNUSSON

Annette is Secretary General at the SCC since 2010 and “a thought leader and global star” according to the 2019 Report on Regional Arbitration. Digital novelties at the SCC under her leadership includes electronic case management, the Stockholm Arbitration Portal data base and the recently launched SCC Platform.

EMILIA LUNDBERG

Emilia is a founding partner of Lundberg & Gleiss. Time and cost efficient litigation is part of her trade mark and thus she feels strongly about digitalization issues. She has been involved in the development of the SCC Platform. Emilia has ex-tensive experience from international arbitration – both as arbitrator and as counsel. In addition Emilia has been a state court judge for many years.

BJÖRN JOHANSSON HEIGIS

Björn is a Partner with Roschier, a leading Nordic law firm. Björn is head of Roschier’s Data Protection, Digitalization & TMT practices in Sweden. He is an expert in data protection and cybersecurity and has also extensive experience from acting as counsel in international arbitration proceedings and before national courts.
