2013 GROWINGAGAIN

The expanding economy created the need for more “Infrastructure for life.” We responded to enhanced demand for places to live, work, play, discover, learn and care. Places to live meant new commissions in market rate apartments, condominiums, and affordable housing. Meanwhile, our dramatically day-lit Salem State University fitness center opened to rave reviews from students ready for a place to play.

The Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy Systems CSE continues to discover new ways to build sustainably in their re-purposed historic building for the North American headquarters. The places in which we learn are benefiting from a renewed focus on renovated facilities such as Cronkhite Graduate Dining and Housing at Harvard University. Additionally, our growing senior population is experiencing expanded residential care options like Tockwotton on the Waterfront.

The firm has grown to meet these needs and our staff is the most diverse we have ever had. Our goal of design excellence is enhanced by the collaborative creativity of their backgrounds and experiences, further leading to increased value to our clients and the communities within which we work.
