I am delighted to invite you to ourDiocesan Festival on Saturday 25 andSunday 26 June 2016 at the EmmausYouth Village. The festival is now in itsfourth year and is a very special event
in our calendar when our wholeDiocesan family has the opportunity tocome together to celebrate and to be
encouraged in our faith. This is an event which offers inspiring speakers for adults aswell as activities for young people and children.
As we celebrate the Year of Mercy, this year’s theme is ‘Limitless Love: Making AllThings New’. We will be invited to reflect on God’s unfailing mercy and love which
we are called to receive. Our programme includes talks from Karen Kilby and Barryand Margaret Mizen. It includes prayer, liturgy, reflection, mime, discussion andmusic to inspire us to go and share God’s love and mercy in our families, ourparishes and our world.
I warmly invite you to come and experience the festival as a parish group, as afamily or as individuals. Everyone is welcome.
