Dirinler has been casting a wide range of gray iron with

a single part weight of up to 15 Tones and ductile iron

Methodic and Simulation :

All castings are produced regarding their

product ID Cards which are made by our

Methodical Dept.

We use Nova Flow & Solid CV software for

design of gating and feeding systems, mould

filling and solidification simulation for casting.

Pattern Making :

With having it’s own pattern production

facility, Dirinler Foundry is able to

provide it’s customers fast and

straightforward with patterns and core

boxes which are necessary for their

casting tasks.

Depending on the required service

life, the patterns are made of suitable

material such as wooden, syntetic

or metal.

The Pattern Shop specialises the

Pattern Shop

Pattern Shop has a 2,000 m2 facility with CNC machining

centers (4000x2500x1000mm) and 28 skilled employees with

an average of over 19 years’ experience in this industry.

The Pattern Shop is reorganized in 2013 as a seperat pattern

production and storage companie with the trademark
