Booking Procedure Short / Medium A verbal order or one placed by email is confirmed

by an invoice emailed to you for the booking in full. The first issue of that order must be paid for before

going to print. Each invoice must be settled prior to forthcoming print

deadline. Advert design is charged at the following rates:

confirmed with an electronic booking form to be signed online.

An invoice for the first issue is emailed to you and due for settlement before printing.

Subsequent adverts will be invoiced and emailed to you on first day of each month until cancellation.

These invoices are settled either by monthly standing order or an automatically recurring debit/credit card payment.
