Convention Policies and Procedures:
• 2012 Dues must be current to receive reduced registration fees. CME certificates will be held until all fees are paid in full.• Cancellations: ACOFP-CA must receive written notification of cancellation by July 1, 2012 (less $50 processing fee).
Registration fees are not refundable after July 31, 2012 (extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis by the ACOFP-CA board).
• ACOFP-CA reserves the right to change the program schedule.
Passes: Badges are required to attend all events.
