ET FEE-HELP is an addition of FEE-HELP further part of the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP). Distance Online Study Australia (DOSA) that has been a facilitator to offer VET FEE-HELP loans to eligible students.
VET FEE-HELP is a Federal Government Loan Scheme that assists eligible students studying higher level vocational education and training (VET) qualifications to pay their tuition fees. There is a fee help limit you can borrow which is $97,728 for the year 2015, and it may draw a loan fee of up to 20% of the total amount.
This is study now and pay later scheme which means you will repay this HELP debt through Australian Tax Office (ATO) once your income cross minimum repayment threshold. It's an initiative from the Australian government which is indexed by Consumer Price Index (CPI) every year to maintain its real value.
FEE-HELPFEE HELP is Australian government loan scheme design to help eligible student to pay their tuition fee. This loan incurred can be paid back through Australian Taxation Office (ATO) once the income reached threshold of $53,345 for 2014-15.
An administration/loan fee of 25% is applied to FEE-HELP loans for undergraduate courses and does not count towards the FEE-HELP limit.

If you are eligible for VET FEE-HELP assistance and would like to obtain a VET FEE-HELP loan for your course, you should contact your approved VET provider. Your VET provider will assist you in applying by confirming your eligibility and providing you with the VET FEE-HELP Information booklet and Request for VET FEE-HELP assistance form.
You need to read the Information booklet before completing and signing the form, when completing the form, you must tick all relevant boxes and sign the declaration. You should return the form to the appropriate officer of your VET provider on or before the census date (or the earlier date set by your VET provider) for the first unit of study for which you wish to obtain VET FEE-HELP assistance. You should contact your VET provider if you are unsure how to complete the form.
