Pay only for services you need Lantern Hill is a fee-for-service community. Unlike other continuing care retirement communities, we don’t require residents to pay for health services they may never use. We only charge for higher levels of care if and when needed—an approach that could save you and your family thousands of dollars.

Predictable costs �ere are two basic financial components to living at Lantern Hill:

1. 90% Refundable Entrance Fee �is onetime entrance fee secures your apartment home for as long as you live at Lantern Hill and can be accessed to cover qualified continuing care expenses if your health needs ever change. A second person entrance fee is also required. Details are outlined in our Residence and Care Agreement, which we will be pleased to share with you.

2. Monthly Service Package Each month, residents pay a single bill that covers almost all regular living expenses, including property taxes, utilities, cable TV, maintenance and repairs inside your apartment home, and meal plan options. �is bill stays the same all year long, keeping your expenses both predictable and economical.
