Credit Card Payments are not accepted. If you fail to pay us in full on the due date we may suspend or cancel future deliveries, cancel any discount offered to you and charge you interest at a reasonable rate determined by us. Credit memos will be issued when authorized by Deb and can be used to pay future invoices. You do not have the right to deduct any money you may claim from us against anything you may owe us. Minimum Order and Fill-in Order Option: Minimum order is US $500.00 for new orders. $50.00 service charge for below minimum orders. Fill-in order exception allowed, one may be placed within 30 days of previous order shipment. Pricing will be from the same weight column as the previous order with freight prepaid and added to the invoice. Order Processing: Orders are processed for shipment with 48 hours of receipt. Orders may be held for up to 10 days for complete shipment. Weight and Freight: All goods and dispensers may be combined for total weight. All orders for products will be accepted in full case lots only. Separate shipping locations cannot be combined for weight. All freight FOB Stanley, North Carolina. For orders under 1,500lbs freight is prepaid and added to invoice. For orders over 1,500lbs freight is prepaid. In both instances pricing is based on the appropriate weight column as designated. Drop Shipments: Drop shipments are allowed for shipments into the same geographical market and will not ship out of market area. Orders will be priced at the weight shipped directly to the end user. Drop shipments cannot be combined with other orders for total weight. Delivery: We reserve the right to choose the method of shipment. Distributor-chosen carriers may be allowed with freight collect shipments. You shall take delivery of the goods within the time period agreed. You shall supply adequate instructions as may reasonably be required to enable us to complete delivery within such period. Requests for advance delivery notice may result in a charge, collectible on delivery. Product Shortages or Damaged Goods: You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are freight-damaged or not delivered, this must be noted on the receiving documents at the time of delivery. You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods. If you fail to notify us in accordance with these requirements, you will not be entitled to reject the goods and will be deemed to have accepted the goods. Return of Goods: We will accept the return of goods from you only by prior arrangement (confirmed in writing) and on payment of an agreed handling charge (unless the goods were defective when deliv- ered). A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged and the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered and purchased less than 6 months previously. Force Majeure: If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we may cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability. Examples of those circumstances include act of God, accident, explosion, war, terrorism, fire, flood, transport, delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies. Prices, packages, promotions, and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. This price list supersedes all other previous price lists.
