Description

1. Rotary Installation + fellowship night of our sponsoring club, Rotary Club of Pudu. RC Pudu

had invited us to join their annual event of the year. The installation started at 730pm till late.

Total of 9 members, 2 ex-Rotaractors and 2 guests attended the event.

2. 1st club assembly + fellowship was held on 17

th July 2011. We had it at our member’s house.

During the club assembly, we had discussed on the yearly planner and our project for the

new term. After the club assembly, we had our fellowship dinner.

3. Rotaract club Of Pudu, 37th

Club Installation was held on 31st July 2010 and the venue was at

Lodge Paradise Hotel. A total of 25 members, 20 rotarians and 50 guests from other club and

friends attended the event.

4. On 7th

August 2010, Rac Penang had invited us to join their 37th

Club installation. 15

members and 2 guests from our club had joined the installation. We had managed to have

our fellowship trip as well in Penang.

5. Rotaract Club of Pudu and Rotaract Club Of Kuala Lumpur had jointly hosting two

Rotaractors from India for a fellowship dinner on 23rd

August 2010.

6. Guest Day + Birthday celebration at Carmen’s dine and wine were held on 28 Aug 2010. We

had invited our own guests to join the event and we had our birthday celebration for July and

August birthday babies as well. Rotarians and Distirct Exco were invited to conduct talk on

Rotaract to the guests.

7. Rotaract Club of Pudu will be celebrating the birthday of our members on a monthly basis.

We will be having a celebration during or after the meeting

8. Rotaract club of Pudu had organized a Sky Trex Adventure outing for the club members at

Taman Pertanian. A total of 13 members and 7 guests had attended the outing.

9. Rotaract Club of Pudu had organised an I-clay making session with the orphan in Rumah

Shalom. A total of 12 members, 6 guests and 40 kids participated in this activities

10. Rotaract Club of Pudu had organised our 2nd

club assembly cum pangkor trip on 13th

and

14th

November 2010. A total of 13 members had joined this outing. Before the Club

assembly, we had a tour around Pangkor and a cycling trip along the beach. At night, we had

our fellowship dinner at a Seafood Restaurant

11. Beautiful Gate Foundation had organized a charity bazaar at The 19 City Mall USJ and a

total of 10 members and 7 guests had volunteer to be helper in the event

12. A total of 6 members from Rotaract Club of Pudu had joined the fellowship organized by

Rac Gombak after the bowling competition.

13. District Rotary Conference + fellowship dinner was held on 10-12 Dec 2010 at Shangri-La

Hotel. Rotaractors from Rotaract Club Of Pudu were helping the Rotarians to handle the

registration of the delegates as well being the flag bearers during the opening ceremony. We

were invited to participate in the dinner and fellowship session till late night

14. Rac Pudu had organized an international food cooking competition aimed to introduce the

dishes from different country to the members as well as served as an opportunity for the

members to bond throughout the competition. The competition was being held after DRC

visit. . Each avenue will have to prepare 2 dish and 1 dessert and they need to do the

presentation on their country food that prepare. After the winning team been selected, we had

a fellowship to enjoy the food, talking on the food taste and etc.

15. Christmas celebration for RY 2010/2011 was held on 23rd

Dec 2010 at our own members

house. A total of 16 members and 4 guests had participated in this Christmas celebration. We

had a steamboat dinner and gift exchange after the dinner

16. Fellowship after AGM to celebrate and congrats to the new board of directors.

17. Rotaractors from Rac Pudu and Rotarians had a fellowship in a seafood restaurant after 2nd

jenjarom visitation to old folks home (CNY celebration)

18. Fellowship after Jenjarom Visitation with Rotary. After having fun and celebration of CNY

with old folks from Jenjarom. We had our lunch with Rotarian at the seafood restaurant.

19. On 29th

January 2011, Rotaract Club of Pudu had organized a visitation to Gardenia Factory

with a total participants of 15 members, 6 from other rotaract club and 14 guests. After this

visitation we had a fellowship lunch at the restaurant.

20. Every year, Rotaract Club of Pudu will be having Chinese New Year Celebration with the

members by having visitation to rotarian’s houses and Chinese new year reunion dinner after

the visitation.

21. Fellowship after New Gen Meeting. Usually the meeting is during dinner time so after the

meeting we will have dinner with Rotarian and chatting on the club matter.

22. Fellowship after Joint Meeting with Rotary

23. Rotary, Rotaract and Interact games (RRI) which is a joint project with rotary club were held

on 12th

March 2011 at AKPM, Port Dickson. Interactor, Rotarians and Rotaractors were

having fun with games organized by the rotaractors.

24. Bak Kut Teh Session @ PD – Members had Bak Kut Teh during the trip to PD.

25. Interact Leadership Training Seminar is an annual activity organized by Rotary Club of

Pudu for interactors. ILTS for the RY 10/11 was being held at Port Dickson and rotaractors

from Rotaract Club of Pudu are given the responsibility by the rotary club to conduct the

activities in the seminar. A total of 18 club members participated in this seminar and worked

together to make the event a success.

26. Rotaract club of Pudu had organised a badminton session at Naam Keung Primary School,

Cheras and it was participated by a total 8 club member, 2 rotaractors from Rotaract Club of

Subang and 2 guests.

27. Fellowship after DG visit with interactors which sponsored by RC Pudu.

28. Fellowship after mini health carnival.

29. BBQ after meeting – Nicholas Ho had organized a BBQ party after meeting and he had

invited all club members to join the party. Every members were having fun chatting and

enjoying their meal as well. We had some games during the party.

30. Pasar Malam Session with Rotaractors from Taiwan (district sister’s club) – A few

Rotarators from Rac Pudu had joined in a pasar malam session with Rotaractors from

Taiwan.

31. Rotaract Club of Pudu had organized a farewell session with Nicholas Lim who will be

leaving KL to work in Penang on 29th

April.

32. Paint Ball Fellowship – Rotaract Club of Pudu had organized a paint ball fellowship on 2nd

May 2011 at Malaysian Paintball Academy, Complex Sukan Astaka. A total of 14 club

members, 8 rotarians and 5 guests had participated in this fellowship. The paintball

fellowship was flagged off by our GOH, DG Lim Kok Beng.
