Cancelation Policy: If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your fitness appointments please contact the Fit 4 Life Fitness Lounge Reception or Euphoria rejuvenating spa at 4012 at least 2 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise the full service fee will be charged to your room.

Age Requirement: Children 12 years and younger are not permitted to use the Fit 4 Life Fitness Lounge. A computer generated analysis of your biometric data,

acquired from a body composition scale, with information

regarding your body weight, body mass index, percentage of

with our Clinical nutritionist afterwards, for any follow-up

concerns you may have.

Nutritional Program for children & adolescents

This program offers our young guests the opportunity

to distance themselves from junk food and dive

straight into the world of healthy eating, offering them

the tools to cultivate a healthy lifestyle. It involves an

entertaining and adventurous nutritional program that

will help children learn and have fun in combination

with their holidays, while also introducing enjoyable

daily physical activities to bolster their activity level.

Our in-house nutritionist will tailor a nutritional

program for your child according to their estimated

daily calories intake, taking into account the results

of the measurements and body composition analysis.

After performing our checks and analyzing the results,

we will offer suggestions according to their needs,

regarding healthy nutrition and maintaining a healthy

weight. Together with establishing healthy habits, they

will be invited to take part in daily activities (such as

walking, jogging, swimming, ball games, etc.) and join

the whole family for cooking lessons.

The program includes:

We have created a 130m2 wooden deck in our serene and peaceful garden, where you can enjoy your yoga routine whilst taking in the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Protected from direct sunlight by cotton drapes and cooled by a gentle breeze, you can enjoy an energizing Sun-Salute at sunrise or a calming Moon-salute as the stars come out.

If it is complete solitude you crave, we have a myriad of locations around the 1000 acre gardens for you to choose from.

Our program follows the philosophies of Yoga, revolving entirely around positivity and balance with your inner self and yoursurroundings! We also focus on the abundance of delicious, organic, seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables, providing 3 delicious organic meals, based on local recipes.
