LETTERTo whom it may concern,

Recently it has come to the attention of the Diversity Council that the images displayed on the bulletin board of the International Club conflict with the values and ideals which our council represents. Fully aware of the intent behind the figures displayed, we as a council believe the illustrations do not accurately depict the eclectic, multicultural and age characteristics of our student body. By working with your club, we believe we can find a suitable solution to this problem. We are interested in having representatives of our council speak with the students of the International Club to find a new alternative which satisfies the interests of both parties.

We look forward to speaking with you soon. Sincerely,The Diversity Council
