DIY TOMATO SAUCE
Ingredients:• 4 Tbsp olive oil• 1 onion, chopped• 5 fresh tomatoes, chopped• 1 Tbsp tomato puree• Parmesan cheese• Salt and pepper, to taste• Basil, garnish
Direction:1. Chop onion and tomatoes into small pieces. 2. In large skillet over medium heat, cook onion in olive oil.3. Stir in tomatoes. Cook until it begins to thicken.4. Stir in puree. Sprinkle salt and pepper, to taste.5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.6. Serve on top of gluten-free pretzel encrusted chicken or your favorite pasta noodle.
