I, Leticia N. Duran, hereby declare as follows

1. I am a Vice President employed by ReconTrust Company, N.A.

('ReconTrust"). The information contained in this declaration is true and correct to the best

of my knowledge, information and belief, and if called to testiff regarding the matters

addressed herein, I could and would competently do so based on my personal knowledge of

the business records of ReconTrust.

2. From my generaljob duties, I am familiar with the ordinary and customary

method and manner of the preparation and maintenance of ReconTrust's business records. I

have reviewed the business records of ReconTrust relating to the property at issue, 4819 l36th

Place NE, Marysville, \üashington 98271(the "Property"), ând t am able to make this

declaration based on my review.

3. The documents referenced in this declaration were made and kept in the

ordinary cotuse of business by persons who have a business duty to make and keep the

documents. Each of the documents was made at or neff the time of the occurrence or events

of which they are a reco¡d.

4. On or about June 8, 2009, ReconTrust, as agent for the beneficiary under the

Deed of Trust, issued aNoticc of Default ("Notice of Default") to PlaintiffJacob D. Bradbum

("Borrower"). A true and accurate copy of the Notice of Default is attached hereto as Exhibit

A.

5. The Notice of Default was sent to Borrower by first class and certified or

registered mail on June 8, 2009 and personally served on him or posted in a conspicuous place

on the Property on June 9,2t09.

6. On July zg,Zt7},ReconTrust recorded a Notice of Trustee's Sale, scheduling

a sale for October 29,2010- A true and accurate copy of the Notice of Trustee's Sale is

attached he¡eto as Exhibit B.

7 ' Prior to and at the time of recording the Notice of Trustee's Sale, ReconTrust

had proof that Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae') was the owner of the

promissory note secured by the Dced of Trust. A true and accurate copy of the Declaration of

Beneficiary is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

The sale was posþoned, and ReconTrust recorded a second Notice of

Trustee's Sale on February 17,2011, scheduling a sale for May 20,2011. A true and accurate

copy of the second Notice of Trustee's Sale is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

9. P¡ior to and at the time of recording the second Notice of Trustee's Sale,

ReconTrust hadproof that Fannie Mae was the owner of the promissory nots secured by the

Deed of Trust.

10. ReconTrust mailed the second Notice of Trustee's Sale to Borrower by first

class and certified mail, rehrn receipt requested, on February 17,2A11. Trust and accurate

copies of Declarations of Mailings by ReconTrust are attached hereto as Exhibit E.

11. OnFebruary i8, 2011, a copyofthe second Notice ofTrustee's Sale was

posted in a conspicuous place on the Property. A true and accurate copy of the Declaration of

Posting is attached hereto as Exhibit F.
