He is currently leading the Jestico + Whiles teams on hotel projectsin Malta, Berlin, Amsterdam and Tbilisi. In the UK. he is leading on the transformation of the landmark London County Hall into a worldclass conference venue. as well as the regeneration of the former Upper Heyford US Air Force Base.

Current trends?
James says: "The details of hotel rooms are becoming less important than the memory, or experience, of staying in them. The preoccupation of many guests is collecting special experiences. It is an extremely competitive market so one thing that hotels must not be is predictable or mundane. Who would tag that on lnstagram?"
