Case Study : BFSI Wireless EPABX deployment in around 170 branch offices of India’s leading Micro Finance Organisation

The company had close to about 400 branches mainly in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations. They had a budget constraint of 4000-5000 per month for a wire-line setup. The company was looking for a cost effective OPEX based solution with a plug and play setup enabling them quick connectivity and faster time to market.

requirement as it is a zero CAPEX solution. Easy to deploy and operate; with no overheads of seeking RoW permission from the local bodies to lay the copper cables. Deployment to around 110 branches was done with-in 2-3 days in each branch enabling them to go live faster. 8 extns were provided to each branch with 4 SIM inputs with bundled EPABX by the vendor at a fixed flat monthly rental which was with in the budget of the enterprises.
