A. The core is made of rigid structural mate-rial and has a central hole especially desi-gned to be mounted on the drive shaft.

B. The body is made of highly resilient micro-cellular material (with a uniform distributionof the empty spaces). It has an excellentcapacity of absorbing blows and mechanicalstresses and of restoring the original profilepromptly.

B. Cross grooves help to discharge the remo-ved materials and improve both sanding qua-lity and the duration of the abrasive cloth.

D. The “long life” abrasive material coatingavoids the clogging of the surface and theaccumulation of electrostatic charges andkeeps sanding capacity constant.
