    Bug Fixes

    Content Manager

In Content Manager, when performing SharePoint Online list level copy/move jobs (from SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online) for Nintex workflows, the workflow definition can now be transferred to the destination and the transferred Nintex workflow is now able to be viewed and edited in the Workflow Gallery of the destination list.

When the source environment is SharePoint 2016 on-premises and the destination environment is Office 365, when you perform a Content Manager Import Job (Offline Content Manager Job) with the Generate Metadata File feature, the Lookup columns associated with Date type no longer fail to be moved/copied.

    Control Panel

In DocAve 6 Service Pack 7, when you deploy the SP2016SecurityManagement.wsp and SP2016AdministratorEventReceiver.wsp in Control Panel > Solution Manager and then update DocAve 6 Service Pack 7 to DocAve 6 Service Pack 7, Cumulative Update 1, in Control Panel > Solution Manager, both the SP2016SecurityManagement.wsp and SP2016AdministratorEventReceiver.wsp will now automatically update to the latest version.

    Deployment Manager

When you run a File System High Speed Migration job, if you select Skip as the container and content level conflict resolutions and there is a folder with the same name as the source folder in the destination, the content in the folder is successfully migrated to the destination, but the migration status of the source folder is Failed in the job report.

File System High Speed Migration jobs do not support using a profile where one of the following checkboxes is selected: Migrate users and groups, Migrate the security and inheritance for the folder, or Migrate the security and inheritance for the file.

    Granular Backup and Restore

After DocAve is updated from DocAve 6 Service Pack 6 to DocAve 6 Service Pack 7, after you back up a site collection, when performing a restore job using Object-based restore or the Restore from Granular Backup function in SharePoint, data at the folder level and the levels below may not be searched.

Workaround: Extract the MediaPath.zip file from the DocAve_6_SP7.zip file, and copy the System.Data.SQLite.DLL file from the .../MediaPatch/Media/bin/x64 or .../MediaPatch/Media/bin/x86 directory (select the folder according to the system) to the .../AvePoint/DocAve/Manager/Media/bin directory.

    Livelink Migration

When performing a Livelink High Speed migration job, in the Job Monitor > Job Details interface, the URLs of the migrated tasks for nested lists and discussion topics link to the wrong objects in the destination. This is because objects are not migrated in the same order as they are in the source, and the destination URL information cannot be retrieved from the Azure logs. Therefore, there is no way for Livelink High Speed Migration to provide an exact destination item URL.

Livelink High Speed Migration jobs will fail if there are more than 100 errors in the logs.

Livelink High Speed Migration jobs do not support using a profile where the Migrate user, Migrate group, or Migrate security checkbox is selected.

Livelink High Speed Migration jobs do not support using profiles in which the Migrate user, Migrate group, or Migrate security checkbox is selected.
