DoctorMobility® AppUser Guide

This user guide will provide you with a written and visual presentation of how to use the DoctorMobility® Free Mobility Checkup™ App

It is designed to work on all devices running the iOS and Android operating systems.

WELCOME

OverviewDoctorMobility® Free Mobility Checkup™ App • To immediately begin using this App do the following:• Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for "iForm By Zerion Software"iTunes for AppleGoogle Play for Android• Download the iForm App to your device and open it

• Login using your DoctorMobility® login and password• Wait for the initial download (this may take several minutes)• Touch the DoctorMobility Free Mobility Checkup button and do a practice checkup…put in fictitious client info and give it test

drive!

App Notes:• When a checkup is complete, checkup data will be uploaded and the checkup report will be automatically emailed to you and

your client. (you will need to touch SYNC/LOGIN to start the upload process if Auto Sync is turned off in device settings)• Your contact information and disclaimer will be added to the report based on the information in your DoctorMobility

Contractor Profile• After the initial download, you do not need to be connected to the internet to do a checkup. The next time you connect to the

internet, the checkup data will upload and a report will automatically be sent you and your client.• Settings: On iOS devices we suggest the following: Go to the main device settings button, and select 'iForm'; from there set

'Sync on Start' to ON, 'Auto Sync' to OFF and 'Picture Size' to Medium• note: You can only be logged into the App from one device at a time,

download App from iTunes or

Google Play
