Support ProceduresTraining Agenda

Audience: Warehouse personnel, Election Officials, Information Technology specialists, and support personnel
Objectives: Trainees will practice proper storage, delivery, and maintenance practices for longevity of the hardware components. Trainees will learn how to perform Acceptance and Functionality testing with the polling place hardware. Trainees will also learn how to prepare equipment and supplies for an election, and learn field technician and help desk operator support procedures. An optional module covers in-depth troubleshooting procedures. With knowledge of Verity Support Procedures, local personnel can run full election cycles independently. All of the procedures involved are straightforward and they lend themselves to local modifications.

Other Materials: Soft copies of all manuals and logs for the implementation, as appropriate for implementation type; Verity Keys and vDrives.

Prerequisite: Hands-on experience with voting equipment/Polling Place Operations course
