Since it was first established in 1997, DOMUS VENTURES has grown to be a prominent global player in the furniture industry, supplying high quality outdoor and indoor furniture to all parts of the globe. We have over 2200 dedicated staff in our factories and offices in China, Indonesia, Singapore, Germany and the United States with export over 1600 containers each year. Over the years, we have designed and manufactured stylish high quality furniture using materials such as teak, natural wicker, loom, paper fiber and resin wicker. We take pride in constantly create new innovative designs in combination with new materials. We stand behind our unique designs, high quality products and our commitment to excellence. Our customers all over the world recognize the high quality “Domus Standard” benchmark that we maintain for every piece of furniture we produce.

Our in-house design team actively collaborates with international designers to create unique yet stylish designs. Whether modern or contemporary pieces, our goal is to create the perfect setting for your homes and lifestyle whatever the taste, budget and requirement might be.

Apart from our own Domus branded furniture, we also produce custom-made designs for private labels.

No Child LaborWe strictly follow policies relating to child labor and will not employ any child.

AllowancesOur workers receive standard meal allowances as well as supper allowances for the night shift and/or overtime hours. We also provide pay differentials to accommodate for high temperatures during the summer months, June to September.

Recyclable And Renewable ResourcesMost of the components we use in our manufacturing processes are recyclable.The primary components of our outdoor furniture are aluminium and HDPE, which are 100% recyclable. We also employ reusable, recyclable and biodegradable brown Kraft paper to pack our finished goods.

Manufacturing And Waste ManagementOur products are developed in a manner that minimizes impact on the environment. For example, our factory in China is equipped with a sewage treatment plant that filters excess powder coating to ensure that the water flowing back into the river is toxic-free and has a pH of 6-9.

Domus Ventures further echoes its niche in creating functional, outstanding and distinctive outdoor furniture using hardwearing, high quality MarinaPLUS.

MarinaPLUS - an outdoor synthetic leather commonly used on yachts for its durability to withstand various weather conditions out at the open sea. Complementing our furniture as fully outdoor resistant, this synthetic leather assures the highest level of dimensional stability and stretch-resistant for maximum comfort and luxury.

Marina products are skillfully upholstered using MarinaPLUS onto hand woven, lightweight and powder coated aluminum frames. Using HDPE resin wicker that is UV resistant and cool to touch even in hot weather; these textured in appearance resin wicker requires very minimal maintenance.

WeatheringLaboratory tested to withstand temperature between -20 °C to 60 °C (-4 °F to 140 °F)

Cleaning and Maintenance• For best results, clean spills and soils immediately • Ordinary dirt and grime can be removed with mild soap

and water • Do not use chemical detergents or solvents to clean • If required, use marine synthetic leather cleaners and

conditioners. Available at marinas and boat stores*• Do not leave furniture uncovered under trees or plant life

when not in use.• To avoid stubborn stains and maximum endurance with less

maintenance, furniture should be covered when not being used and cleaned on a regular basis*

*We do not take responsibility for any sort of damage(s) or side-effect(s) as a result of using commercial cleaners. Refer to cleaning instructions stated on package before treatment. Be sure to test cleaner on hidden or inconspicuous location prior to using any cleaner on soiled areas.

StoneTEC is a 5-layer composite system comprising high-

performance bonding agents, natural mineral granules, hard-

wearing topcoat with UV inhibitors applied onto tempered

glass surface.

Cleaning and Maintenance• Clean the tabletop regularly using a soft brush and lots of water.

• If heavily soiled, you may add a small amount of diluted washing-

up liquid to lukewarm water, then rinse thoroughly with clean

water.

• To prevent damaging your tabletop, please avoid the

following:

1. Do not cover the table with plastic or canvas tablecloth.

This can encourage the growth of mould which may

discolor the tabletop surface.

2. Do not use strong chemical cleaning agents, abrasives

or solvents. These will damage the surface finish.

3. Dry-up any spillage with a damp cloth or sponge.

4. Do not allow any spilled wine or vegetable oil to stand

for any length of time as these may create stains.

StoneTEC

WoodTECWoodTEC is a wood-plastic composite made out of wood fiber and

plastics. It combines both the advantages of wood-like surface

texture with durability of plastic.

A major advantage over wood is the ability of the material to be

molded to meet almost any desired spatial conditions and requires

less maintenance than the solid wood. It behaves like wood and

can be shaped using conventional woodworking tools.

They are moisture-resistant and resistant to rot but they are not as

rigid as wood and may slightly deform in extremely hot weather.

• Weatherproof approx. from -20° C to 60° C (-4 F to 140 F)

Cleaning and Maintenance1. Clean the WoodTEC regularly using a soft sponge or cloth and

lots of water. If heavily soiled, you may add a small amount of

diluted washing-up liquid to lukewarm water, then rinse

thoroughly with clean water.

2. To remove oil and stains as soon as they occur by using

household de-greasing agent and stiff bristle brush to scrub away

any greasy and oily stains, and later rinsing it with warm water.

3. Pressure washing is also a good idea from time to time to

remove built-up dirt and debris. When using a pressure washer,

do not exceed 1800psi with a 20-degree nozzle.

4. Do not use sharp object to scratch the surface. This can leave

permanent scratch mark on the surface.

Domus warehouses the collections with four types of cushions. Available in either a Solution Dyed Polyester (SDP) fabric or marine grade vinyl; both made for outdoor use and longevity. Cuchion types are noted with the product.

The cores are constructed with foam, polyester fibers and non-woven polyester fabric. Foam is layered with polyester fibers to create the soft and comfortable seat comfort. Non-spun polyester fabric is used to keep the foam and polyester fibers neatly together as well as to enable end user to remove covers for washing.
