    1. Overview Extension property: 3,000 hectares.

Located in the department of La Libertad, Peru where are severaloperations and project mining (local and foreign capital).

Geological information of the project has worked by miningcompanies (as Milpo S.A.) which have submitted interest.

Two targets , El Chilco and La Esperanza, show features ofmineralization and alteration assemblages similar that could beassociated deposits with affiliation IOCG type with anomalousvalue and high concentrations of copper - silver, but of small size(measured in outcrop).

The owner of the mining concessions report that he has goodrelations with key political and social authorities of thecommunity.

    5. Regional Geology

In the area are cropping uprock of the formations likeChicama, Oyn, part of thesequence of the groupGoyllarisquizga, Chimu and

    sequence Santa - Carhuaz.

Overlying with erosionalunconformity is housed in apaleorelief, the sequence of theVolcanic Calipuy consisting ofintercalation of pyroclastic andlava andesititas.

    6. Local GeologyIn the study area, there are outcrop of two well-defined sequences:

    i) The sediment (at the bottom)

ii) The sequence of Volcanic Calipuy

    Sediment

    1. Chicama Formation: It is a sequences intercalated of shaleand carbonaceous shale , with horizons of sandstone andcalcareous sandstone, and also include some marly limestonestrata.

    2. Oyon Formation: sediment sequence of carbonaceous shale,

sandstones with thin slayer, intercalation with thin quartzitehorizons with weak oxidation of Fe.

    3. Goyllarisquiza Group: Formed by outcrops of the formations

    Chimu, Santa, and Carhuaz.

    Sediment

    4. Chimu Formation: consists of two sequence layers thick ofquartzite (10 mts. average thickness), separated by a sequenceof layers of fine-grained sandstone, quartzite have moderatefracturing, there are patina of iron oxides in fractures.

    5. Santa Formation: Of little outcrop in the area by erosion, arecomposed of interleaved layers of shale, sandstone, with somehorizons of limestone and marly limestone.

    6. Carhuaz Formation: It consists of a sequence of alternating

thin layers of shale and sandstone layers, also of very limitedoutcrop in the workplace.

    6. Local Geology

    Volcanic Calipury

Housed in an erosional unconformity on the sequence of theGoyllarisquiza group, consists largely of a series of pseudo-layers of pyroclastic andesitic, with some horizons andesititaslava flows, which are wedged in the side ends of power in the

    best 25 mts thick.

Tectonics affecting the whole area is evidenced by the presenceof faulting regional guidance Az N290 , is transform faults. Inthe El Chilco area, there is a series of parallel faults, which arethe offsets Az-oriented N130 , which are most likely, have been

events, where hydrothermal fluids reached that favorablemineralized horizons.

    7. Structural Interpretations

East of the town of Calipuy, structural seen two trains of 7km in length and a width of 3miles. With average trend of N35 E.

    In the context tectonic, the

trains would consistcompensatory systems ofseveral parallel structures ofregional trends of Andean

    orientation.

Once these compensatorysystems, had new tectonic

activation generating faultingtranscurrent type of dextralregime, resulting in trains, compensatory system ofdistention with NW-SEdirection, suggesting afavorable area for the search ofhydrothermal events guidelines

Geochemical Sampling: Sampling was performed on a rock chipwith geochemistry mesh 200 x 200 meters, oriented Az N 60 , in twomain areas of interest area (El Chilco and La Esperanza area). It has alsobeen carried out selective sampling indistinct, representing mineral-gauging point in sight.

Geochemical Sampling: Was performed for 252 metes of trenchgeochemical sampling at 12 stations on porphyritic lavas horizonsfavorable. 7 trenches in the Cerro El Chilco a total of 82 meters and 6 inEsperanza area with a total of 170 m

    9. Targets: El ChilcoThe mineralization is copper, mostly

    fine disseminated of chalcopyrite, and

    secondary mineral chalcocite,

chrysocolla, bornite as well as in veins

    and disseminated. There are artisanal

mining explotation of copper oxide and

fine disseminated of chalcopyrite. Thissequence of veinlets and disseminated

Cu, is located in El Chilco power of

    approximately 20 meters, a lateral

    extent of mineralization intermittently,

is an approx. of 150 meters and a depth

extent against the hill, the favorablesequence of up to 300 meters away.

    Milpo S.A. has confirmed mineral

resources of 2,500,000 TM @0.6% Cu,

    10. Geological Model

    1. Geological Features: According to the geo-structural characteristicsof the study area, the geological model is associated with a system oftransform faults, with consequent failure compensated feederhydrothermal fluids, as well as the potential site of a porphyry, this areaof weakness.

    2. Metallogeny: Regarding the aspect metallogenetic region, there is noknowledge of deposit of such characteristics.

    3. Geological and Structural Controls: The project area islithological control, the sequence of volcanic Calipuy some pyroclastichorizons, which is located mainly Cu mineralization, whose occurrence iscontrolled by a system failure hourseytail" product of two large paralleldextral faults, whose efforts lead to the formation of faultscompensation, the most conspicuous failure, failure the El Chilco, guidance Az N110 - N120 , faults quasi split that converge on the areaaround the El Chilco mine.

    4. Criteria of Exploration: Structural interpretation, based on satelliteimagery to determine the target of exploration. Also, the gridgeochemical sampling.

    5. Potencial to locate a deposit unknow or no outcrop: By

interpreting satellite images in the Prospectus Don Arthur andsurrounding areas, there see more of areas of significant interest toexplore, taking into account the structural criteria described above.Zones are plotted at the Geo-structural map and extend along transformfaults to the northwest ofEl Chilco area.

    12. Community Social Relations

the area where the mining concession is located no presence ofnearby cities or towns containing representative population (morethan 500 habitants).

Muchungo community, is the nearest at few kilometers of the

concession. They show interest in mining development for theopportunity to work for their people.

The owner of the mining concessions report that he has goodrelations with key political and social authorities of thecommunity.

    13. Conclusions The geological-economics resource of Don Arturo's prospect, shows a

lithological and structural control, with the possibility of local and districtmineralized horizons porphyritic lava high porosity, fracturing and easilyaltered, cut certain feeder or high-angle mineralizing passages controlledby fine-textured lava flows which could have acted as a seal layer over thesite of mineralization.

Favorable horizons for economic mineralization deposition surface in theform of lenses of different sizes and power variables. The target El Chilcois estimated a length of 150 meters and the other target La Esperanza 200meters, separated from each other in an area ofapproximately 6.5 Km. ina straight line.

The intermediate zone between the two targets shown occurrences of

copper mineralization in the form of oxides (chrysocolla - malachite)structures associated like vein veinlets widely and powers ranging from 1to 10 cm. Likewise, mineralization occurs Pb - Zn - Ag in the form ofgalena - sphalerite associated with veins in sedimentary rocks (ChimuFormation) near the contact with volcanic rocks.

    13. Conclusions The Targets mentioned show features of mineralization and alteration

assemblages similar that could be associated deposits with affiliation IOCGtype with anomalous value and high concentrations of copper - silver, butof small size (measured in outcrop) by the occurrence of selectivefavorable horizons for the deposition and the existence of structuralcontrol almost closed.

No evidence of mineralizing foci, however, it is possible that these foci arehidden and located at greater depth.
