An Irish twist on the traditional Stilton and port pairing. Bellingham Blue is a fantastic strong yet balanced firm cow’s milk blue cheese from Co. Louth. It comes to life when paired with the rich port Quita da Romaneira, LBV Port ‘05 (approx. 250g of cheese)

Irish Farmhouse (approx. 600g) €25

A selection of the best Irish Farmhouse Cheeses. Bellingham Blue from Louth, a fantastic strong yet balanced firm cow’s milk blue cheese. Gubbeen from Schull, a semi firm cow’s milk cheese with earthy, buttery flavours. Irish Brie from Tipperary with buttery & mushroomy flavours. And Knockanore Smoked from Waterford naturally oak smoked cheddar made with raw cow’s milk.

Irish Connoisseur (approx. 950g) €40

We have gathered a range of cheeses that will delight any cheese connoisseur! Gleann Oir, a hard slightly crumbly goat’s milk cheese with piquant flavours. Dunbarra, a semi firm mould ripened flavoured cow’s milk cheese. Crozier Blue, a fantastic sheep’s milk blue cheese produced in Cashel by the Grubb family. Bandon Vale, a firm, nutty, mature Irish cheddar. And finally, Gubeen produced in Schull, a semi firm cow’s milk cheese with earthy butter flavours.

Continental (approx. 950g) €50

A continental cheese selection that will not disappoint. Colston Basset Stilton, a traditional Christmas firm cheese from Nottinghamshire made from cow’s milk. Old Dutch Master, a hard aged cow’s milk cheese. Brie De Meaux, an original brie, creamy, and yellow with earthy notes. And Port Salut, a semi-soft, mild and creamy French cheese.

Aged to Perfection (approx. 950g) €45

A selection of 5 matured Irish cheeses. Bandon Vale, a mild Irish Red Cheddar. Ardrahan, a mildly pungent semi-soft cow’s milk cheese from Kanturk. Cashel Blue, a beautifully creamy balanced blue cow’s milk cheese. Cooleaney, a wonderfully buttery Irish camembert made in Tipperary with cow’s milk. Chulchoill a soft goat’s milk cheese with a strong yet delicate flavour, also made in Tipperary.
