BASIC LINE door panels are used in PVC doors. They are suitable for both - modern and classic constructions. Competitive price and short time in realization - features, which make these products the most popular among all the Veyna doors series. Basic line products also have five year warranty.

Parameters: • Standard size 850 x 2000 mm, according to the special needs the door panels measurements can be up to 870 x 2070 mm. • Standard thickness – 24/28/36/44 mm. It is possible to order door panels of other thickness also.

Colors: • All models are available as standard in White (RAL9016/Salamander/Rehau) and 15 RENOLIT/HORNSHUCH laminate colors. Also you can order door panels painted in RAL colors (the price and terms of delivery may grow). Structure: • The structure of white color door panels is 1,5mmPVC/XPS/1,5mmPVC. You can order special ISOFIX strengthening additionally. • The structure of other color panels: 1,5mmPVC/6mmISOFIX/XPS/6mmISOFIX/1,5mmPVC. ISOFIX strengthening is included as standard complectation. ECONIMIC LINE door panels combine aesthetics, high quality and current trends in modern door design. Competitive price is also a great advantage. All the glass elements are maintained by stainless steel applications (INOX) that are installed in both sides of door panels. INOX applications are extremely precise because of a laser treatment technology. ECONOMIC LINE is marked with letter “A” on purpose to distinguish it from the other product lines easily. ECONOMIC LINE is the most popular in Germany and France and come with the best delivery terms.

Aluminium door panels parameters: • Standard size 900 x 2000 mm, according to the special needs the size can be bigger. It depends on what model and color you choose. • Standard thickness – 24/28/36/44 mm. It is possible to order door panels of other thickness.

Structure: • The structure of door panel: 1,5mmAlu/XPS/1,5mmAlu. • You can order special aluminium strengthening additionally.

Colours: • All models are available as standard in White (RAL 9016 matte or glossy), Anthracite (RAL 7016 matte or glossy). • Other colors from RAL color palette. • Wood imitating colors the DECORAL palette. • Clients can order special colors door panels painted by given manufacturer’s paints (the price and terms of delivery may grow).

CLASSIC LINE is a group of extraordinary panels with or without glazing. Classic line is designed for aluminium door panels. The products of this line have additional aluminium frame (extruded especially for company Veyna), which gives a pattern and hold the glass. This technology allows to replace the glass panel any time you need. These door panels go perfectly with classic and stylish architecture. Parameters: • Standard size 1000 x 2000 mm. According to the special needs the size can be bigger. It depends on what model you choose. • Standard thickness – 24/36/44 mm. The door panels of other thickness parameters are not possible.

NEW LINE was created in order to meet the latest trends in architecture, we have designed door panels of modern shapes. NEW LINE door panels are made by milling door panels’ surface and the installing various forms of glazing elements. NEW LINE is divided into two groups: NEW LINE and NEW LINE EK.

• NEW LINE door panels have glazed elements and grooves. The door panels are designed for aluminium doors. • NEW LINE EK door panels have glazed elements but don’t have groves. These door panel models and applications can be made in white PVC. In addition, white PVC door panel and applications can be covered with any colour from RAL palette. It counts as the main advantage for those customers who would like to have individual approach in their households.

Aluminum frames and patterns enable us to use thicker aluminum sheets. This provides more reinforcement and protection from burglary.

EXTRA LINE panels can be made only on a special request. Thanks to extremely durable structure, EXTRA LINE panels can be used for producing anti-burglary and bulletproof constructions. Produced only in the solid version, without glass elements. There is a possibility of using aluminium sheets of different thickness (2, 3, or 5 mm). This type of door is especially popular among customers who want to have a logo or originally milled house number on the door. We are also able to mount any laser cut application from stainless steel according to a drawing.

REINFORCEMENT

We offer to strengthen door panels by using additional HDF or ISOFIX plates inside them. The HDF and ISOFIX plates have an additional price. HDF and ISOFIX plates increase the stiffness of the door panels (especially recommended for PVC), acoustic performance and security.

Additional reinforcement plates are especially recommended in those door panels that meet an intense heat or the sun. For example, the door panels which you use at southern, south-eastern, south-western facades of buildings need to have extra reinforcement. Also, additional plates may improve sound insulation and resistance for burglaries parameters. BASIC LINE door panels have two ISOFIX plates in standard complectation. They increase the stability of door panel.

LETTER PADS

We offer letter pads in three colours: silver, white and gold, and two variants of frames: plastic and aluminium. It is possible to purchase only the mechanism itself and install it on your own or simply include it into complectation of door panel. Letter pads are designed for doors with thickness ranging from 20-36 mm.

SOUND INSULATION

This offer is dedicated to customers who fill the door or partition with improved noise immunity reaching up to 38 dB. These solutions are used in sandwich panels, other series models without glazing or series with increased sound insulation glazing. Minimum thickness of door panel needs to be 40 mm. The door panels with increased sound insulation are popular in offices, theatres and hospitals.


REINFORCEMENT, LETTER PADS,SOUND INSULATION

We have stainless steel handles on our offer also. They are characterised by high durability and aesthetic look. There is a possibility to choose handles of different lengths and bending radius which is why we are able to adjust every handle to any of our door panels models.

We offer a wide spectrum of ornaments which are most popular on the European market. Glass produced at glass factory PILKINGTON is a high quality product that guarantees best design. It is obviously possible to use any other kind of ornament and glass type however longer realisation time should be allowed for that. It is possible to use extra decorative mullions between the glass, safety or heat protection glass.

SANDBLASTING GLASS

Sandblasting glass is the process whereby a specialized abrasive surface treatment of glass is applied leading to the removal of the top layer that results in visible tarnishing. The use of this technology gives very delicate and subtle results. Sandblasting glass allows you to create any patterns that decorate the surface in a unique way. In addition, we give the standard designs that you can see below. We can create an individually designed glass if requested.

STAINED GLASS WINDOWS – BEWEL SERIES, DECORGLAS, FUSING, TIFFANY

Stained glass windows are impressive door decorations. Their brightness and colour create a unique atmosphere and “magic light”. The doors decorated with stained glass undergo spectacular visual change, both in stylized and modern constructions. Stained glass acts as a decorative element and has a huge range of utility functions to perform also. For example, it protects from unwanted views, strong sunlight and provides us with privacy. It can function as a painted picture, a simple geometry or intricate arabesques, and may also contain heraldic elements or a company logo.

But now, without additional charges, our customers are provided with a possibility to choose the thermal-insulating glass spacer Thermix TX.N from the assortment of 6 different colours.
