Greetings all! I find myself spending considerable time with electronic gadgets, more than when I had only the computer. The handiness of tablets and phones sometimes means I procrastinate in attending to what I really should be doing! But one thing I really do enjoy with my “toys” is the short reminders of life that arrive through “shares” or “Messenger” or wherever. A recent one, for instance, says “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” The writer sought a promise that I would look for something breathtaking every day...... So I opened my eyes, and conscientiously really looked at my world. A white-haired lady at Tim Hortons shared a beautiful smile. Two Stellar jays glistened brilliantly blue in the sunlight in my back yard. An array of cloud formations even prompted me to take a photograph for later enjoyment. A handsome young man passed by my window - he used to be the little boy who mowed my lawn. Upon returning from an out-of-town jaunt, I discovered my car all shined and equipped with new tires! All beautiful stuff, and I shall continue in my quest. Join me.....it’s worth it! One other brief comment arrived, that I especially liked: “Don’t wait for people to be friendly; show them how!” Bazaar date: November 16th Turkey-less shoot: December 12th Merry Christmas!
