Thecompany may for the purpose of recovery of its equipment enter the premises where it is installed and may remove the same.

6. Delivery• We will try to meet all delivery dates, but we are not legally liable for any delay in delivering or any losses caused by a delay.• If your order is not delivered as arranged, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you.• We will endeavour to deliver your order on the agreed delivery date and will notify you of any delay expected.• We will normally deliver your order in one complete delivery but reserve the right to make deliveries in instalments.• In the event that a customer stipulates a building site address for delivery and the goods are received and signed for, Dortech willnot be held liable of any loss or damage of materials in that order. The goods are deemed as received at the point at which theyhave been signed for, irrespective of whether that is by an employee/agent of the customer. We would therefore recommend that thebilling address is used for delivery to prevent any such occurrences.• Responsibility for loss or damage of the goods will pass to you once your order has been delivered and we cannot be responsiblefor loss or damage once your has been delivered to the correct address.

Faults• We are not liable for, will not refund and cannot accept any responsibility for any of the following: a) any goods which have been repaired, defaced or altered by somebody who isn’t employed by Dortech Direct. b) goods which have been mixed with other goods or used to create other products. c) any goods which, in our opinion, have been subject to any accident or to damage or which have been improperlystored, maintained or used.

8. Returns Policy• You have the right to cancel stocked items within 14 days from delivery and receive a refund. However: a) You cannot return any goods unless you have our permission, and only with an approved Returns Material Authority number. b) Refunds will not be processed until goods have been received back in stock. c) Made to order goods cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once the order has been accepted.• To cancel items ordered you must notify us by letter or email within 14 days of delivery. You have a statutory duty to takereasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and we will pursue our right of action against customers who breachthis duty.
