Rachel Provau RN MSNChief Nursing Officer Bayfront Health Spring Hill
Peter Drucker Internationally known
leadership expert, consultant, educator, and author, whose writings contributed to the philosophical and practical foundations of the modern business corporation
Known for the Don'ts and Do’s of leadership
The Do Not Do’s.. Take a job that requires you to be something
that you are not. Believe you can change another person. Fail to trust your instincts about a person or
situation. Return to something that did not work in the
past expecting different results. Try to please everyone. Choose short-term comfort over long-term
gains. Fail to do due diligence before making a
decision Recognize that all organizations have
internal politics Forget that work is not the whole of life but
just part of it and transient at that.
