Impressive limestone expanses, vertical valleys and labyrinth like caves are the source of some of themost beautify scenery in Andalusia: the Sierra de Grazalema National Park.

These landscapes are a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve; it was designated as such in order to preservethe area's dense Mediterranean forests which are home to shy deer and one of the largest griffonvulture colonies in Europe.

The Garganta Verde (a 400 metre ravine), the Hundidero-Gato (cave system which is greater inlength than Andalusia itself ) and the Cueva de la Pileta (with its archaeological challenges) are justsome of the natural landscapes on offer.

Hiking routes are also important attractions in the region. Adventurers can also tackle the Pinsapartrail, one of the longest in Europe.
