Double article page screen shots and information

I started reconstructing my double article page and started by pasting the text which I had specially created to attract readers.

• Next, Bottom strips were added on the pages to allow the reader to infer the magazine on every single page.

• The title was added which was very similar to the contents page and therefore ensuring consistency.

• I highlighted the title in red and ensured the “streets” stood out because it is a largely used word in the hip hop culture and would therefore increase readers as it is something familiar that they may be able to relate to.

•

• Using the pictures I had carefully planned I created a collage of mainly mid-shots and included the band as traditional teenagers which would make it easier for the target audience to relate to.

I edited and adjusted effects of Photoshop which would make the collage more interesting.

• Lastly I moved the picture to the right and moved the article text to the left with a gradient which would make the article appear more interesting to readers.
