The setup consists of Double Pipe Heat Exchanger with Hot water tank fitted with Pump, Rotameter and Immersion Heater to heat the water. While the cold liquid tank fitted with Pump and Rotameter. The temperature of the heated liquid measured by the thermocouple is displayed on Digital Temperature Indicator. The exit temperature of hot water and entry and exit temperatures of cold liquid are also measured with the help thermocouple and indicated on Digital Temperature Indicator. The Unit is also having necessary piping and valve arrangements. Heat Exchanger:

The set up is mounted on a suitable MS frame Structure with attractive colour and control panel of good powder coating. The equipment is self sufficient type including all necessary piping and valves and does not required any more foundation. The detail operating manual is provided with the setup.
