budgeting and planning ahead for any unexpected wedding costs.

Here are some of the items that we loved most:

- Plan for a rain plan - Luckily, we can move your ceremony inside

the Ballroom or Cypress Room with very little notice and no

additional cost.

- Include yourself in the final count - Don't forget you and your

fiance when giving the final total and final payment

- Budget for vendor meals - We are happy to offer hot plated meals

for your vendors at just $25 per person
