At the top of the hill she sees Oom Boetie.“Hullo, Antjie,” he says. “What brings you up here?”“Maybe I can see my donkeys from here,” she answers.
Phezulu egqumeni ubona u-Oom Boetjie, “Sawubona Antjie”, kusho yena.“Ulethwa yini lapha?”“Mhlawumbe ngizozibona izimbongolo zami uma ngimi lapha,” eshoephendula.
O bona Oom Boetie hodima leralla. “Dumela Antjie,” ho bua Oom Boetie. “O tliswa ke eng hodimo mona?”“ Mohlomong nka bona ditonki tsa ka mona,” o a araba.
