3. Vehicle Handover Checklist form #211
A new button on step 8 Print Handover Checklist will launch a popup with an interactive form, and the ability to print directly from it. This checklist can be printed, emailed, and then completed and uploaded back into DQMS.
Elements on the form are automatically populated by DQMS data, and others are user-interactive.
4. Event types illustrated with an icon in the calendar #193
This feature appeared in build 1.17.9. It has been modified in this build to show icons both in the calendar, and event listing. Icons are now dependent on the Follow-Up, and not on the original event.

5. Unlock Contacts and Events for all Salespersons #213
Permissions have been modified for salespersons. If an SP does not have the special permission edit all salesperson’s records, then the only items that can be edited include Contacts and Contact Events for customers with a different assigned sales executive.
This allows all salespersons to raise contact events, modify existing contacts, or add, even if they’re not the assigned exec.
6. Quotation form to contain GDPR contact preferences #215 Quotation forms now include GDPR preference settings for the customer contact. This reminds the salesperson and user what the contact preferences are, and also provides a quick method for modification. The ability to email the quote is locked until the slider is set to true.

7. Detach Salesperson - detach by dealer location #220 The usage of dealer locations is available for filtering SP detachment records now. Also, tooltips have been extended into the Detach Salesperson for administrators.

The definitions of functions include:
Detach SP by filtered contact dates: This queries all customers of the selected Salesperson for which the latest Follow-up date occurs before the selected date. You'll then be able to unlink the records to the respective salesperson.
Detach SP by Customer's setup date & no contact events: This checks all customers of selected Salesperson for which no contact events are found AND the customer's date of creation occurs before the selected date. You'll then be able to unlink the records.
Upon unlinking, the prompt is received on screen, and the assigned executive then becomes Unassigned.

9. Dragged Calendar events are rendered in compressed view #225 An issue where dragged calendar events would compress upon moving, has been resolved. If an item is moved in the calendar, it retains its size format.
10. Customers - remove the 'Interests' field from being mandatory #231
Previously, within the details tab one would HAVE to select an interest before it allows you to save and add the customer. This requirement has been removed, so a customer can be created without setting an interest.

11. Live Pricing button modification #233
The buttons have been modified to read:
Export All change to Export All Makes Export change to Export Selected Make
12. Vehicle Appraisal form (PX - Part Exchange) #226 This form on Step 4 of the quote process, holds dynamic functions as the Handover form i.e. editable on screen, and downloadable PDF. The Customer name and details are pulled from DQMS into the respective fields. The rest of the form is mostly text-based fields requiring completion by the Salesperson.

13. Registration fee (£55) new/used toggled #227 The Step 6 of the Quote Process Disc & Totals contains a field for Registration Fee. This auto-populates based on whether New or Used vehicle type is selected on Step 2 Vehicles
The rule is: if New, then £55 applies if Used, then £55 does not apply
If a user modifies an existing quote and changes the new / used option, the Registration Fee should auto-adjust accordingly.
Now, the registration fee will apply based on the rules above, and if the New/Used is reset, the vehicle details are also reset.
