“The University hereby authorizes themanagement and operation of certain Universityfacilities and programs to the Corporation fromtime to time set forth herein. The facilities andprograms so assigned to as “Assigned Functions.” Such facility or program may be assigned, and thereby become an Assigned Function, following the request ofthe Corporation upon the determination by the President of the University that such assignment is inthe best interests of the University.”
