 “Healing” leads to “Health”
Where there is health there is ‘happiness’
“Effortless expression of life is health” – Swami Anubhavananda
 “Non healing” leads to “Disintegration”
 “Disintegration is “Disorder” (Dis-ease)
Every one of us is well equipped with the “healing power” but we do not use it nor we develop it stronger. We even do not support it. On the contrary we weaken it due to our faulty lifestyle.

together constitute ‘Life–style’. It is the way a person
or a group lives. It reflects an individual's attitudes
and values.
* When we come across with some repeated
health problems, a faulty life-style is indicated.
* It may be too luxurious or hyper active type. The
word lifestyle first used by Alvin Toffler in 1939

* Smoking also reduces the production of EDRF, thus reducing blood flow to the heart.
* Zautra A J: Found aggravation in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) following an increase in interpersonal stress. Women having stronger
marital relationship were less affected.
