3 times changes of land use plan, 3 times changes for

infrastructure plan.

4 types of infrastructures(road, railway, airport and port)

considering nation-wide, inside and overseas linkages.

Currently the detail land use design based on proposed

infrastructure plan.

Any changes in future will make feedback the land use

with infrastructure plan.
