Dr. Rajan Mahtani gets access to a Judicial Review

Dr. Rajan Mahtani has received a green signal for Judicial Review in respect of his infamous arrest on June 2 2015.

The Decision was made by the Lusaka High Court Judge Mwiinde Siavwapa on June 25 2015.

The present arrest order for Dr. Mahtani has been put on a stay.

The reason behind the application for a judicial review is to find a reason for reopening a closed case in 2012 by the Attorney-General.

The Ventriglia family continues to play dirty game with Dr. Rajan Mahtani as they fear that the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory would soon be shut down.

In the past, the Ventriglia family has continuously defamed Dr. Rajan Mahtani through funded news portals and irrelevant articles.

With permission granted for judicial review, the conspirators are not far from being exposed.
