The Next StepThe Derbyshire Hotel can provisionally hold any date for up to
14 days with no obligation.
Deposit RequestA £500 deposit is required to secure your booking, along with a signed copy of your wedding contract.
(Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing).
The Coming Months3 months prior to your wedding date, a 50% invoice will be sent to the
Bride and Groom requesting the next instalment of payment. (This amount will be based on the minimum numbers signed and as stated in the contract).
6 – 8 weeks prior to your wedding date, the Bride and Groom will be invited to the Tempus Restaurant for a complimentary wedding tasting. Other guests may join
the Bride and Groom at the tasting for a cost of £25 per person.
3 – 4 weeks prior to your wedding date, the Bride and Groom will be invited to meet with the Wedding Coordinator to finalise all the details.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to the wedding date.
