1. Dare to DREAM
Have a personal Dream/Vision/ Goal of what you want to be in
life?
1. Dare to DREAM- Why?
…“Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail”
…“If you aim at nothing, you will certainly hit it”
1. Dare to DREAM-How?• Dream BIG
Fisherman, Fish, Frying Pan
God is into Big Dreams- no resource
limit.
• Examine your SHAPE Skills, Heart, Abilities, Passions and
Experiences.
1. Dare to DREAM-How?• “Call to me and I will answer you and
tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jer 33:3
• “To humans belong the plans (Desires, Goals, Visions, Dreams) of the heart, but from the LORD comes the proper answer of the tongue.” Prov 16:1
1. Dare to DREAM-How?• “…write the vision and make it plain
on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Hab 2:2-3

2. Course the DREAM• “In their hearts humans plan their
course/way (strategy), but the LORD establishes their steps (tactics).” Prov 16:9
• “Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.” Ps 37:5
Create your course and keep in step as your steps are directed
2. Course the DREAM• 80/20 Principle:
20% of what you do will account for 80% of your results and vice versa. Be smart. Think Smart.
• Back-step Coursing:Track your course from Dream towards
Now. How I determined the course to my dream
3. Act on the
3. Act on the DREAM• “There is 100% certainty that you will
not succeed if you do not start.”
• “Success is too dear to be accorded to those who only dream.”
A person that dreams of opening a kiosk and one that dreams of establishing a large
manufacturing firm are no different…they are all dreamers
3. Act on the DREAM• “You are recognized for your actions,
not your dreams.”
• “Every decision/ action/ inaction today has an impact on your success in future.”
You may not have been responsible for your past (thank God, it’s the past) but you are
responsible for your future.
3. Act on the DREAM• Warning! “Turning dreams to reality is
not for the faint-hearted, but the brave, the unstoppable.”
• Warning! “If you want to get to where you have never been, you need to do what you have never done .”
• Warning! “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
3. Act on the DREAM• Remember: “Bad habits are easy to
develop and hard to live with. Good habits are hard to develop and easy to live with.”
The Butterfly Metamorphosis
Analogy
i. The Egg• Formation of ideas, visions,
goals
• Key to start with a butterfly egg. If egg belongs to house fly, so will adult.
Consult with God, friends, family to ensure that you start with the idea that matches your SHAPE.
ii. The Larva• Try out before investing lots
of resources.
• Gather as much information as possible regarding the idea while on the move.
• When you gain some success, you have not arrived. REMEMBER, you are still a larva. i.e. Systems are still weak and immature
iii. The Pupa• Time to rest, take stock and
analyze information received at larva stage.
• Time to strengthen internal systems for bigger responsibility.
• Time for inward looking.
iv. The Adult• Time to reign and fly in all
colors of beauty. Not limited to space.
• Time to multiply the vision through others and help them achieve theirs.
