Ask the customer for the preferred combination and
let him/her drink about 1/5 directly out of the bottle.
Fill it up with the preferred spirit and tilt the bottle over.
Serve chilled.

El Tony Mate-Guarana or Mate-Ginger

Fill the glass with ice.
Add the syrup and Prosecco.
Fill the rest with El Tony Mate, stir it and add the pomegranate.
2cl elderflower syrup (or similar)
10 cl Prosecco
El Tony Mate Guarana
GLASS: big wine glass • STYLE: build • GARNISH: pomegranate seeds

Fill the glass with ice.
Put the lemon juice, sugar syrup and Vodka
with lots of ice into the shaker.
Shake and strain.
Fill the rest of the glass with El Tony,
stir it and add garnish.
5 cl Vodka
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup
El Tony Mate Guarana

Fill the cup with ice.
Add the lime juice and Vodka.
Fill up the rest with El Tony, stir and garnish it.
4 cl Vodka
1 cl lime juice
El Tony Mate Ginger
GLASS: mule-cup • STYLE: build • GARNISH: cucumber

Fill the glass with ice.
Put the juice, sugar syrup and Rum
with ice into the shaker.
Shake and strain.
Fill the rest of the glass with El Tony,
stir it and add garnish.
4 cl white rum
4 cl pineapple juice
0.5 cl sugar syrup
El Tony Mate Guarana
GLASS: highball • STYLE: mix • GARNISH: mint leaves
HERBALINFUSION
Fill the glass with ice.
Add the Heuschnaps (herbal liquor) and
fill up with El Tony.
Gently rub the rim of the glass with
the orange peel and use it as garnish.
5 cl Heuschnaps (or similar herbal liquor)
