The beginning

Chapter 1

The driver looks through the win-dow at the skyline of LA at night as he awaits to be summoned to his getaway job. He wears his famous scorpion sewn jacket as he explains the rules of the services he provides to the em-ployer over the phone “I give you a 5 minute window within that 5 minutes I’m yours either side of that 5 minutes i dont take part i dont carry a gun... I drive”.

The driver is at the scene of the robbery listening into police radio transmissions.He stares at his watch intensly waiting for them to appear and enter the car.

The enter the car and tell him to drive he engages the gas and drives off with the distant alarm sounds in the distance.

Chapter 2

His escape is successful as he walks away from the escape point where he left the car. As he walks the police are in awe and can’t believe they got away.

He will no longer see them again after his job is done. This is how he handles every client.

As he rides the elevator in his new building up to his new apart-ment he meets a woman called Irene and asks her which floor.

She replies with the smae floor as him.

They ride the rest in silence with a few small looks to eachother.

They go to drive home but then the driver asks “you wanna see some-thing?” she replies “of course”.

He drives them both to thsi lake and as music plays he is finally happy but it ends hwen she tells him that her husband is coming home tomorrow.

He drives her back and goes to park his car when he spots..

The driver goes to the grocery store and he meets Irene and her child a young boy called Bensio.

She expains how her car has broken down and he offers to give her a ride home because they live in the same building.

She laughs and accepts the offer so they go to the car. He likes her but he’s conflicted because shes marriedbut her husband is in prison.

Chapter 3

her husband Standered laying on the floor beaten up for protec-tion money that he doesnt have.

He helps up standered and he explains why the men beat him up. He ows them protection money from when he was in prison. As he cannot afford it and doesnt have the money they want him to rob a pawn shop in the valley.

The driver agrees to help him.

The Driver and standered meet up with the guy and the driver tells him the conditions and that when the job is done they leave the fam-ily alone and hes out of the game forever.

The man explains that he deosnt want to have to kill standered or his family he just wants the money and tells him that he wont be hav-ing any of the cut.

Chapter 4

The wait in the car for the right time to strike.

The time comes for Standered to rob the shop. The driver tells him hes got five minutes and only five minutes.

Standered stares at him and then says “Ill see you in four”.

Standered walks over and goes into the shop as the driver wsits anxiously.

Standered walks out with money in a bag as he walks to the car a gun shot from the shop window hits him in the chest.

Standered is down the driver stares in awe desperetly as Stan-dered tosses the bag of money to him and slowly hits the ground and remains silent.

The driver speeds off away from another car it appars they were set up.

Chapter 5

The bag slightly open on the bed of the motel were the driver is hiding.

It reviles 1 million dollars from the pawn shop.

He waits and gets in contact with someone whos tells him the where abouts of the man he made the deal with in the park.

He gets word that the man hes looking for named Chris is hiding out in a strip club he walks in the back with a hammer tucked into his trouser belt concelied from bi-standers.

He is directed to a door by one of the dancers.

He kisses her goodbye...

He pushes chris to the ground and holding a bullet to his head whilst raising the hammer.

Chris is shaking as the driver whis-pers “We had a deal”.

As he knows he will be watched and always will have to look behind him he goes to see Irene for the last time.
