-Yoga 101:This class is being offered to those who are completely newto Yoga. Learn the basics of Hatha Yoga with practice in breath for relaxation, slow movements, & gentle stretchinginto basic poses including the sun salutation.

-Yoga:These classes integrate the postures, breathing exercises, &relaxation to harmonize you on every level; mind, body, spirit.This is a mindful & moving class, all levels are welcome.
