FEATURES OF THE SYLLABUS OPTED UNDER AUTONOMY

1. The present suggested syllabus is basically an improved version of thesyllabus prescribed by University Grants Commission. No majorchanges were made in order to enable the student to appear forpostgraduate entrance examinations of various universities.

2. The syllabus also facilitates the students to pursue for interdisciplinary courses at post graduate level.
