Procedure
Get a natural bristle brush of plant fiber.
Start with a softer bristle brush then gradually increase the
pressure as the skin becomes used to the brushing.
Start from soles in circular motion with comfortable
pressure till the skin becomes reddish and warm.
Duration 5 – 10 mins in beginning, increasing upto 15 mins.
Use long sweeping strokes starting from the bottom of your
feet upwards, and from the hands towards the shoulders,
Brush will accumulate dead skin and impurities, so clean
the brush after every massage.
