• DSPSR prepares its students to be "industry ready" from the beginning of the two year curriculum, and it continues till the last day.

• Students are assigned "mentors" (having wide corporate experience) to take them through their personal development.

• "Industry interaction" sessions (delivered by Practicing Managers) offer the insight (beyond discussing the Case).

• Students are also assigned "live projects" along with their academic curriculum to acquaint themselves with real world experience.
