financial industry. With a core staff of experienced professionals in financial
industry and a team approach to most consulting projects, DSS helps it’s

years in the financial industry and ability to server clients. Each consultant
specializes in a particular discipline, including business development,
finance, sales and marketing, technology, management, operations, human
resources, regulatory and compliance framework.

solutions in the area of pension, insurance, and asset
management. This structure enables that we can quickly
deliver the right team, with the right experience and
expertise, to every client.
While DSS focuses on the pension industry covering all
entities, such as FIPF, EPF and companies who want to
establish pension fund institution.

Before founding DSS in 2016, Nanang had been 17 years
with Manulife with the latest role is as Chief of Employee
Benefit, managing IDR 14 T Pension asset with +/- 2000
companies. Nanang graduated from the University of
Indonesia hold an MBA in Finance and Capital Market.
He also holds several certifications in Pension, Investment
and Finance. He is also Deputy Chief of DPLK Association.
He is frequently invited for becoming speaker in various
international and domestic seminars mostly on the
subject of retirement. He works with regulator as subject
matters of expert on several regulation related to
Pension, Insurance and Social Security Program.
After graduated from University of Indonesia majoring
in Computer Science he build his career in capital
market industry for 15 years. His latest role was Division
Head of IT in Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the last 5
years he worked as freelance IT Consultant and as an
techno-preneur. His main interests are IT Governance,
IT Security and Open Source Community

Syarifuddin YunusConsultant
Was a certified project manager from PMI and APMP.
He has served in financial industry for 16 years across
different roles, from project management in a multi-
finance company to strategic officer and business
development in insurance companies. He spent 5
years in Manulife Indonesia and the last position was
the VP of group insurance operations prior to joining
DSS. Ardhi was graduated from Bandung Institute of
Technology (ITB).
Practitioners and academics Corporate
Communications / Public Relations (PR) with more
than 20 years with experience in some of the leading
multinational companies such as Principal Indonesia,
AIA Indonesia, Manulife Indonesia and actively
engage with DPLK association and Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (OJK) to literate Indonesian on the
importance to have pension program. Syarif was
graduated from IKIP Jakarta with Master Degree on
Publistic.
