(2) The objectives of the training program is as follows

(3) The Training Coordinator, District Training Center, Vizianagaram has contacted
Sri. K.V. Subba Reddy, Retd. Joint Director & Ex. Senior consultant of Tribal Cultural Research
and Training Institute of Tribal Welfare department , Hyderabad over phone and got his
consent as resource person for the above training program.

(4) Hence the one day sensitization programme on the above subject may be
conducted on 25.10.2016 and the following may be directed to attend training program
a) Members of Dist.Level scrutiny committee i.e DD, Tribal welfare , DD Social Welfare and
Dist.B.C.Welfare Officer
b) All tahsildars along with Revenue Inspectors
c) All Assistant tribal welfare officers
d) A.O’s of RDO Office , Vizianagaram and parvathipuram
e) Section heads of collectorate .
(5) As the participants for the above sensitization programme are expected to be
around hundred , the training hall of DTC is insufficient to accommodate. Hence the
programme may be conducted at Zilla Parishad Meeting hall.
Level of participants :- Members of Dist.Level scrutiny committee i.e DD, Tribal welfare , DD Social
Welfare and Dist.B.C.Welfare Officer , Thasildars, RIs, & A.T.W.Os
Objectives :-

As per the instructions of the Director General AP Human Resources Development
Institute, it is proposed to conduct One day sensitization Programme on Issuance &
Verification of ST Community Certificates” on 25-10-2016. The participants for the
programme will be around 100 members.
It is requested to spare the Auditorium Of Academic Block-2, J.N.T.U.K.
University College of Engineering Vizianagaram along with L.C.D projector and screen
with other infrastructure facilities for conducting above sensitization programme.
The Training Coordinator of District Training Center, Collectorate,
Vizianagaram will approach on 24-10-2016 to make necessary arrangements in this
regard.
